Maintenance service
It is extremely important to maintain your treatment equipment properly. It prevents unnecessary malfunctions or defects, and you are always aware of the condition of your device and can provide the health inspection or company insurance with this information. Our advice is to have maintenance carried out by us once a year. In addition to refreshing demineralised water, you should replace the water filter every 9 months. The water filter can be replaced yourself and can be ordered from Luminous Laser.


The cost of a maintenance service for Luminous Laser equipment is € 295,- excl. VAT.

Minor maintenance
In addition to the major maintenance, it is important to provide the device with new demineralized water every 3 months. This applies to any device that uses demineralized water.

REPARATIE

In the exceptional case that you experience a problem with a device purchased from us, you can contact us directly by telephone, we may be able to solve the problem with you over the phone.

As soon as there is a defect in your treatment equipment, we will always try to make an appointment with you within 24 hours so that an examination can take place. We do not charge any costs for this examination.
We will discuss the costs of a repair with you in advance and only when you agree will we proceed with the repair.
